The Primal Hunter 13

Publisher’s Summary

With Nevermore done and dusted, it’s back to Earth where the fight for the Milky Way Galaxy is about to begin…

But first, a fun trip to the moon with Jake’s best-buddy space worm, Sandy. After that little adventure, it’s time for the final preparations before the long-awaited Prima Guardian arrives, signaling the start of the battle for the Milky Way Galaxy.

A battle that turns out to be a large ordeal, with every inhabited planet in the galaxy involved and free to either ally with one another or face the System Event alone. This in itself isn’t a problem… but Ell’Hakan leading the largest coalition of planets certainly will be.

Between Ell’Hakan and his many allies, the Holy Church, and selfish minor factions that have no idea what they’re doing, the battle ahead won’t be easy.

In tandem with the conflict between Jake and Ell’Hakan escalating, so does the battle between the Malefic Viper and Yip of Yore draw ever closer, with Jake naturally finding himself dragged into this conflict and directly involved in the plans of the Malefic Viper.

All in all, it’s a messy situation that surely can’t get any worse… right?

Great writing as always but all the fake out deaths make the stakes feel kind of low it’s book 13 and almost no named characters have died every time it looks like someone’s in trouble. They just suddenly get a power boost or reveal they had a Trump card spoilers but at the ending the the fallen king apparently makes a self sacrifice but the way it’s phrased afterwards it’s almost certain he’s coming back. But that’s just me nitpicking hopefully next book the stakes will be raised in the characters will start to face real challenges that can’t be stopped with a deus Ex Machina

Stumbled across this author/Narrator randomly while trying to find something good and captivating to listen to while at work. From the very first chapter to the last chapter in book 13 (waiting for 14 and 15) it has me riveted to my earphones. I find myself wanting to go to work where I can just keep to myself and listen for up to 7hours a day. I’ve now listened to the whole series twice (cause you miss so much on the first walkthrough). To me…. Book 13 has been the best and most enjoyable. Waiting and trying my best to be patient for the next books in the series….. maybe I need to listen to these a 3rd time while I wait;). Thanks Zogarth for the stellar job you are doing with the series.
