Publisher’s Summary
Your body is equipped with nerves, you know, over a hundred billion of them.
Just like any other part of the body, nerves require proper care and maintenance to function optimally, so you can focus on other things like ditching all that fat covering your abs.
But, you must know how to stimulate and activate the power of the longest nerve in your body.
This is your Vagus Nerve, which deals with respiration, blood pressure, digestion, heart rate, and emotions.
if you do it right, it will constantly renew and rejuvenate your body so that you can live a long and healthy life.
In this audiobook, you will learn about the wonders of your vagus nerve, and why controlling it is vital to your overall health and wellness.
Not only will you discover how to activate it, but you’ll also learn how to use it to actively heal your body and relieve the symptoms of an illness.
These exercises (that will only take you seven minutes) will induce deep relaxation and help you feel better than you have in months!
The Polyvagal Theory does just that, providing a framework for understanding our emotions in terms of our fight-or-flight response.
The Polivagal Theory is a revolutionary new way of understanding the human nervous system.
It provides a framework for understanding how the nervous system works, and how it can be used to improve health and well-being.
